[n] offensive label for
an African or someone with African antecendents. Typically
used by racists.
Was used by Nazi's who reacted negatively
to the success of Disney movies in Germany. They often focused
on Mickey’s 'blackness' and warned of the “negroidization”
(Verniggerung) of German culture. Along with the Jazz of
Louis Armstrong “niggerization” was seen as
the ultimate cultural threat to the Aryan race.
