If slackness is the sickness then culture is the cure. There is both progressive and regressive culture to the degree many would argue for all the culture apparent in Africa, what has it done for Africa. For all the multiculturalism present in UK schools today, being African is still the biggest cause of shame and humiliation in the playground. The Africa Challenge is a myth, we are what we are.
